Our development at Bexcourt View was designed in-house and presented to Cavan County Council as a ‘Turn-key’ development project. Completed in November ’06 and built in brick, this project has provided Cavan County Council with well designed and well built 2, 3 and 4 Bed homes. There is also a crèche facility on-site. The construction project was carried out on what proved to be a difficult site. It was completed on-time and on-price, and we are accordingly assured of Cavan County Council’s positive recommendation going forward on foot of our success in the completion of this project. |

(Residential Housing Development for Lough Gowna Development Association).
A smaller project here at Lough Gowna, where Clongill Property Developments Ltd is undertaking the construction of 10 no. 2 Bed Bungalows for use by Lough Gowna Housing Association. Built to high standards and covered as always by a 10 year structural insurance guarantee, this cosy, ‘Horse-shoe’ shaped development, backing on to the lake, will soon become a new neighbourhood in Lough Gowna.
